Having returned to the office after the events we held with you for Diageo last week and the week before, I would like to compliment you on the fantastic team that you have!
Everyone was fantastic, with everything from the arrivals to departures, even the trickiest evening with 15 coaches ran smoothly thanks to you and your old dependable Alan (don’t say we called him old!) We would of course especially like to thank Alan and Eric who were there to support us on-site, helping to make sure all drivers were there early, and that there was always someone on hand to help.
We felt vert supported, and were impressed with you for dealing so well with our many changes, and last-minute demands. It was also great to finally meet you in person, you are always the face of integrity and professionalism, and have always instilled confidence in us when situations have been very trying.
